Availability of Items
You will receive an email confirming your order, and an estimated delivery
date, when your credit card is approved. Otherwise, it will notify
you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how
to resubmit your payment. Once your order ships, an email will be sent
to confirm shipment.
Backorders/ Partial Shipments
Except by special arrangement, backordered items will be held until all
items are filled. If we are unable to ship your order within 20 business
days, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.
Partial shipment(s) may be made by special arrangement. Additional shipping
charges will apply for each partial shipment. Additional handling costs
may also apply.
PRICES
Prices Subject to Change
Prices shown on our web site are subject to change without notice. All
prices shown on our web site are net prices exclusive of all other costs,
including, shipping; handling; insurance; taxes; duties; tariffs; or the
cost of special packaging, marking or other services, which costs shall
be borne by the Buyer. Create a Bella Dawn account and save, there's
no charge, and you'll receive special discounts.

Order Acceptance and Rejection
Certain orders we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the
right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience,
you will not be charged until your order is shipped. Situations may result
in your order being canceled include limits on quantities for purchase,
errors in product or pricing information, or problems from the credit
department and fraud avoidance personnel. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact
you if any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information
is required to accept your order.
Pricing
While Bella Dawn Boutique strives to provide accurate product
and pricing information, pricing errors may occur. In the event that an
item is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to an error,
Bella Dawn Boutique haves the right, to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for that item. In the event that an item ismispriced, Bella Dawn Boutique
may, at our discretion, contact you or cancel your order and notify you
of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without
notice.
Quantity Limits
Bella Dawn Boutique reserves the right to limit the quantity of items
purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may
be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card,
and to orders, that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will
provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided
should such limits be applied. If interested in purchasing multiple

PAYMENT
OPTIONS
We accept major credit cards issued by U.S. banks, including
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We're sorry, at
this time we do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued
by foreign (non-U.S.) banks, or C.O.D. orders. Please do not send cash.
Credit Card Processing
Credit card orders require your name, billing address and telephone number
as they appear on your credit card statement, the card number, expiration
date, and Card Verification Code the 3-digit number on the card's signature
strip for Discover, MasterCard, or Visa; the 4 digit un embossed number
on the front of the Amex card.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to states where
sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on
current state and local tax rates. Taxes when applicable will appear
as separate additional items on our invoices. Shipping and handling charges
may also be subject to sales tax in applicable states. Sales tax will
be refunded for returned items. State and local sales tax rates are subject
to change at any time.

GIFT SERVICES
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available with a minimum of $20. We'll mail the
Gift Certificate with your personal greetings and your name listed as
sender. Gift Certificates are good for one year from date of purchase,
and may be used for any purchase. Coupon discounts cannot be applied to
gift certificate purchases. Certificates that ship separately from other
items ordered will incur a handling charge. Redeem Gift Certificates on
our web site at Checkout time.
Gift Wrap
Bella Dawn Boutique is happy to offer gift-wrapping services on most items.
Please contact us for pricing. Note: When you specify during checkout
that an order is a gift, the invoice enclosed with the order will not
show the order price or shipping charge.

HANDLING
COSTS
For orders with multiple Ship-to addresses, there is a
handling charge. However, we are currently unable to accommodate more
than one shipping address through online ordering. Toplace a multiple-shipping-address
order online, go through the normal Checkout process but denote your requirement
in the "Special Instructions” box during checkout and include
your email address and daytime telephone number. We will contact you to
finalize your order and advise you of the cost.Handling charges also apply
for orders with separately shipped Gift Certificates.

PROBLEMS
WITH YOUR ORDER
Item Is Missing/Damaged
If an item is missing from your shipment, or the quantity on an item is
short, please contact us with 3 business days to resolve the matter.
We are committed to your shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive
from Belladawn.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to
us.
My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be
tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. We're sorry, but orders
shipped by the Standard option cannot be tracked door to door. If you
have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us
and we will be happy to help you.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED
OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached for a full credit to your credit card,
minus shipping charges. You can exchange or return merchandise by mail
within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Returns MUST be postmarked within
this 10 day grace period. Call 1-800-239-3006 Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am
- 6:00pm with questions or comments.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund any shipping and handling
charges. Sale items can only be returned for online credit. Product
exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Allow two
(2) billing cycles for refunds to appear on credit card statements.
