Return Policy

Bella Dawn accepts returns within 14 business days of the date you received your shipment.  Please contact info@belladawn.com for your RMA # (return merchandise authorization).  Please allow 10-12 days transit time, we want to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to your door with the utmost care.  Returns are accepted for store credit only.  All Items returned must be unused, undamaged and unworn.  Please return all items in the original packaging, including: tags, etc.  Bella Dawn is not responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items; this is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

 There is no charge to exchange items, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then specify the new item. 

Shipping 

Bella Dawn will ship items within 10 days from when the item is ordered.  Some orders may take up to 12 business days due to the possibility of backordered items. Bella Dawn will work to ship all orders as fast as possible.  You will receive a Bella Dawn e-mail notification providing you with shipping details.

Terms & Conditions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

    • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
    • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
    • Send all items to be exchange from an order in the same shipment to ensure return is processed as quickly as possible.
    • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
    • We prefer that items returned via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for returns is:  Bella Dawn 2035 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Bella Dawn and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with return.

Please email info@belladawn.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Payment  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa Debit, cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
